• Singing in Octave, a women’s a cappella group. I’ve been part of it for over 7 years now. These women have become my post-college sorority sisters. We’re all so different, but we make beautiful music together.
  • Attending Trinity Presbyterian Church here in Atlanta. I love it! I’m a youth adviser, an usher, and involved in the young adult activities taking place there.
  • Being married! I’m happy, he’s happy. It’s all good.
  • Having people over to our house
  • Drinking teas of all different kinds
  • Playing with our dog, and teaching him tricks
  • Reading
  • Watching Gilmore Girls
  • Hula Hooping! (yes, seriously!)
  • Going to Playa del Carmen, Mexico and Europe.
  • Taking Walks with neighbors who have become friends. Or with friends who have become neighbors. I have some of each.
  • Cooking, so long as it’s easy and I don’t have to follow the recipe to the letter. I like off-roading it a bit when I cook. If I can throw in a little basil and curry, I’m even happier.
  • Gardening. My new-found love interest. I check out my front yard plants every morning to make sure they’re okay.
  • I love dresses.
